Haruka Itsumura (伊津村陽花 Itsumura Haruka) is a character in Re:Stage!. She is a second-year student at Suzumura Girls' Junior High, and a member of the unit Ortensia. She is Yukari Itsumura's niece.
Starting from Chapter 62 of the main storyline of Re:Stage! Prism Step, Haruka's parents are transferred abroad for work, and Haruka decides to go along with them, eventually leading to Ortensia having their last live together.

Haruka has long blonde hair worn in low twin-tails, usually held by white scrunchies. Her choppy bangs are eye length, with messy forelocks that reach mid-neck. She has a small pointed cowlick. Her deep blue eyes are slightly pointed.
Her clothing resembles Yukari Itsumura's, usually in color or style. Her unit outfit differs in that she wears lace sleeves with red bracelets and a black, miniature top hat with red gingham ribbon to match her tie. Her black stockings are plain, with two rings on the left thigh, worn with a pair of white and black shoes with gingham cuff.

Haruka is a second year middle school student. She is one year older than Yukari and is a bit taller. Haruka has a calm demeanor. She has an unusual relationship with Yukari, being Yukari's niece despite being older than her. Her ability to sync dancing and singing is extremely high.
Etymology[]
- The name Haruka means "light, sun, male" (陽) (haru) and "flower, blossom" (花) (ka).
- Haruka's surname Itsumura means "that one" (伊) (i), "haven, port, harbor, ferry" (津) (tsu) and "town, village" (村) (mura).
